In this mini-camp for post players, Coach Thomas takes us through the drills he uses with his players each year. The drills focus on all aspects of playing the post. They include getting footwork right, establishing post presence, catching a pass, finishing around the rim, screen and roll, screen and pop and a variety of other post play moves. These drills are excellent for preseason and during the season as they hammer away at the fundamentals of successful post play. As Coach Thomas says, "mastering any skill is all about getting plenty of reps and doing each one the proper way."
