Here you will find a set of defensive drills, a look at the Panthers' press defense, some great shooting drills and then offense vs. defense practice video. The whole clinic runs about 45 minutes. However, you can pick out a few drills for your practices and have your team view the drills the night before you put them in so they've have a good visualization of how the drills work.
